Hello!

Thank you for making it this far and learning a bit more about me. Calibreal Co. is my life’s work. I’ve been a leader all my life. I guess it has come naturally to me. I have the good fortune of a highly active mind for empathy & connection building. This has naturally brought me into positions as a team captain, board member, coach, business executive and now as an entrepreneur providing personal coaching & professional business consulting services to help others lead their own lives and businesses to success on their terms.

My story is full of ups & downs, trials and triumphs. I’ve experienced profound grief, survived cancer in my twenties, navigated mental health challenges and difficult relationship dynamics. I’ve chosen career paths, only to pivot entirely. I’ve had good employers and bad. I’ve built businesses and sunset them. I’ve traveled the world and lived in a variety of environments.

What I have learned most is that we are here on earth to help each other. There’s no going it alone & we’re all better off with someone in our corner. My coaching services and programs are all designed to go beyond just listening and sound-boarding. Through my professional and academic pursuits, I have developed a toolkit of methods & pathways to actually move you forward. Regardless of where you want to head with your personal life, your professional life or both— I love working across all aspects of who you are and am a highly trained strategist in the business world who is capable of helping your career or business grow too.
