During Calibreal coaching sessions, I uniquely offer my own design thinking methods & tools built from nearly twenty years of professional experience, the foundations of positive psychology, and other cognitive behavioral insights in mental health counseling. Further, I myself have lived a full life of personal growth through work as a global business leader, world traveler, entrepreneur, speaker, writer, coach, cancer survivor, board member and student.
